I've always been slim, in fact way slimmer than the average USA adult male of this time. People ask me how? After all I'm getting long in the tooth. Most middle-aged/older USA males are super fat these days.
So, you think it's my boxing or Ashtanga or whatever? Sure those are super hard ass activities. But that's NOT the secret at all. Because if you constantly binge out on all kinds of junk like I do time to time, not to even mention my Mountain Dew addiction, you'll pork up no matter how much boxing and yoga you do. Absolutely guaranteed.
This is me 5 years ago (on right, ha ha), and I'm exactly the same now:
No, the secret of my relative slimness all these decades is something else altogether. It's just an accident of timing, based on my random personal preference that by pure coincidence overlaps with the only right way to eat.
OK, you know how everybody constantly harps at you in mockingbird mode: BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY? You constantly hear that, don't you? Well? Don't you?
And it's totally 100% wrong. Just by chance, for some reason I've never been able to eat much of anything before 11 in the morning and after about 7 or 8 at night. Just a lifelong personal pattern. And I never fell for that stupid shit about breakfast being so important. It feels horrible to pig up like I see most USA males do with eggs and omlettes and bagels and all that first thing in the morning. Yuck.
Anyway, now finally the rest of the world and the scientific ivory tower has caught up to me (in this one area, I'm still peerlessly avant garde in many other respects) with publication of book: The 8-Hour Diet. And what is the ideal 8 hour eating zone the reccommend for max weight control? Either 12 to 8 or 11 to 7. Within that zone, anything goes. You can eat as much of whatever as you damn well please.
Check it out.
