Thanks a million! OK, so I'm curious. Why didn't you just cut to the chase and just teach ankle and feet counter twist from the start? I mean when you first presetned the soft pelvic counter-twist for Xingyi standing. There's just more "juice" flowing doing that way. Please advise! Thanks again!
