Q: About your latest drill vid, would it always be done almost slow motion like you show, is that the optimal way for the effect?
A: Oh no, that slow motion way is how you learn to do it absolutely right, where all you care about is total softness and relaxation while still getting that 'center palm smack' effect I talk about. That's absolutely crucial that you totally get the feel of that. But later you'd speed it up a lot! I typically do it, with fully relaxed Smack Effect, at about / at least twice the speed shown in that intro clip. I'll film that sometime soon and post up a little short thing as a footnote to the main clip, soon. The after-charge of pure internal energy through your arms subsequent to power-running it in that full speed way it absolutely INSANE.
