At my yearly Seattle Summer Seminar event end of this month weekend of July 29/30 (info pinned above), in addition to the long list of other stuff I've written in prior posts as the syllabus, I will teach Mantis Internal Fundamental 1 and Mantis Internal Fundamental 2. These are not on my Vimeo Mantis tutorial, they aren't part of that warmup set. They are in a way even more Fundamental (doh!) however they take some serious teaching of energetic fine points to get your head in the right space for them. I've never taught these anywhere to anybody. But though simple to look at, if you know their secret sauce (I will teach it), they totally rock your internal power world to its foundation.
